What these terms cover

These terms apply to the MVP Tracker desktop app and its marketing site, as well as the optional online account (social features: friends, messaging). By creating an account or using the app, you accept the rules below.

15 years or older

The app processes personal data (email, Riot ID) that, under 15, requires consent from a holder of parental authority under French data protection rules. By creating an account, you confirm you are 15 or older, or have that consent.

What's expected of you

• Provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential
• Link your own Riot ID — not someone else's without their consent
• Don't attempt to bypass the one-Riot-ID-per-account limit
• Stay respectful in friend messaging — no harassment, illegal content, or spam

An account that breaks these rules may be suspended or deleted, including following a justified report via the contact form.

Messages and profile information

You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages and profile information (username, role, favorite agent). MVP Tracker does not automatically moderate content exchanged between friends — in case of a reported abuse, the publisher may intervene manually (account deletion, blocking).

A service that depends on third parties

The app depends on third-party services independent of MVP Tracker (Riot/HenrikDev API for match data, Supabase for accounts). An outage, change, or shutdown of these services can affect some or all features, without the publisher's liability being engaged for these interruptions.

Trademarks and third-party content

VALORANT and all in-game elements (agents, maps, weapons) are the property of Riot Games, Inc. MVP Tracker is an independent project, not affiliated with Riot Games. See the legal notice for details.

A tool provided "as is"

MVP Tracker is a free, independent project, built and maintained by one person. Displayed stats are provided for informational purposes — their accuracy depends on data returned by the third-party services used. The publisher doesn't guarantee the total absence of errors or interruptions and can't be held liable for the consequences of downtime or an inaccurate data point.

Deleting your account

You can request account deletion at any time via the contact form — see the privacy policy for details on what gets deleted.

French law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first via the contact form before any legal action.
